Below are the rules and policies for all reservations between
Sunday June 14th and Thursday July 16th 2026

• Two (2) night minimum stay. No Deposit required.

  • No Add On Packages.

  • 20% discount when reserving all 5 rooms - applied after reservation completed.

• No shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

• Cancellations less than 14 days will be charged the first nights stay.

• 2 Person Occupancy per Room (One Bed).

  • Exception is Pineapple Room which has an additional day bed.

  • Other rooms can accommodate a single air mattress. Call or email to discuss additional guests.

• A light continental breakfast will be provided each morning.

• Housekeeping services provided every 2nd day.

  • Fresh towels available upon request

• No Pets - While we absolutely love every animal, our historic home is not set up to accommodate. 

• No Smoking In the House - smoking is permitted only at outside areas.

• Check In time is after 3pm (15:00).  If earlier check in is needed please call.

• Check Out time is 11:00 AM
